At All American assisted living, your well-being is our number one priority. That’s why we created our Optimal Living program: to keep you feeling your best no matter what.
What is Optimal Living?
Optimal Living is a disease-specific approach to health and wellness. It is a complimentary program offered to all of our residents when they move into any All American assisted living.
In the Optimal Living program, you will:
Experience personalized programming. Our Optimal Living program is progressive, intensive and individualized.
Work with our health and wellness experts. Our results-driven team consists of a full-time wellness director, an exercise physiologist, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, and a speech therapist.
Collaborate with other residents. The Optimal Living Program is designed to work in a group setting or can be completed 1 on 1, depending on your preference.
